Product Descriptions
HP-E60 is one classic vespa style pedals assist electric bike/scooter. This model support 48V 250W motor and 25km/h speed limited, so that can meet the regulations of Europe. As can drive with pedals, so this model class as bicycle scope by EU. No licence, no plate and no tax . In other words, it is one model that design for European market.
